Safety Disclaimer
Before attending any of our walks you need to be reasonably fit and be prepared to be responsible for your own safety.
Please let us know if there is any activity you are unable to do to help you best enjoy the tour.
We walk on footpaths and will always abide by the green man, where possible.
If you have any medical conditions, or injuries that may affect you during the tour, please let the Guide know before the start of the walk, and if you become ill during the tour, please alert your guide as soon as possible.
LONDON WITH A LOCAL Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for loss or injury. You agree that you are participating in the Free Tour, Private Tour or Treasure Hunt at your own risk and that we shall not be liable under any circumstances for any matter arising out of your participation.
Accessibility
London is not an overly accessible city unfortunately, but we will always endeavour to cater to your needs. If you have any accessibility questions or requirements please do not hesitate to contact us.
Cancellations
A Private Tour or treasure hunt can be cancelled up to 14 days BEFORE it starts for a 50% refund minus transaction fee, with no refunds after that. A Private Tour or treasure hunt can be cancelled up to 7 days BEFORE it starts for a 25% refund minus transaction fee, with no refunds after that. No shows and latecomers will not be refunded. In extreme circumstances or emergencies please get in touch as soon as possible, as we may be able to move your tour to a more suitable day.
It's our policy to only offer full refunds if the Private Tour or treasure hunt is cancelled by London with a Local Ltd.
LONDON WITH A LOCAL Ltd reserves the right to take photographs during our Free Tours, Private Tours and treasure hunts to use for promotion and publicity in all media and the copyright of such pictures will remain with LONDON WITH A LOCAL LTD in perpetuity.
